Our new facility features a large outdoor hot soaking pool with therapy jets, and a dry cedar sauna. We are a co-ed and swimsuit-optional spa that offers a safe, non-sexual space to relax and rejuvenate the spirit. We also offer men-only and women-only hours during the week.
By locating to our new location, we have expanded to over 30 practitioners (in 2 locations) covering many healing practices for a community-supported wellness center for all.

(CGWC Practitioners and Trillium Room)
Our Flanders House location houses a number of practitioners and offers a sliding scale informal meeting room for small groups and classes.
The Trillium Room is a comfortable, carpeted and casual space, perfect for community gatherings, classes and meetings that holds groups of up to 20 people.
Click on our Calendar page for our schedule of events and to schedule your own event in the Trillium Room.
Special rates available for non-profits and community groups.
The chlorine that our salt cells generate is sodium chloride. Sodium Chloride is non-stabilized chlorine, which is the kind of chlorine that works quickly, dissipates once it is used, and then turns back into salt and is recycled through the salt cell to become chloride again.

Some of the other benefits to sodium chloride are that the well-known chlorine smell is almost imperceptible and the solution leaves the skin feeling soft and not irritated. By eliminating the need for the harsh chemicals, you eliminate the source of the irritation that plagues swimmers in most pools.
Reclaimed materials were used in the construction of areas of the wellness center including some benches, changing area and deck boards. CGWC also retrofitted existing building and has plans to build an expanded ecologically sound wellness center by converting the current parking lot and alternative energy sources over the next 3-5 years.
CGWC encourages alternative transportation - free visit for the 11th visit by alternative transportation (bike, walk, rollerskate, magic carpet, etc…) Ask for a soak/sauna alternative transportation card during your next visit to CGWC.
