The transition to a Worker/Member Owned Cooperative is well under way. The legal papers for the Cooperative have been filed and the Cooperative has a Board of Directors in place that has completed the draft of the bylaws.

It is our goal to be up and running as a cooperative business by the fall of 2011. Please consider purchasing your share now to help us in this transition by clicking on the PayPal button to the right, or coming in to CGWC to purchase a share or partial share by check or cash. A full patron owner share is $250 and can be purchased for as little as $50 a year over 5 years. As long as you are current in your payments you will have the full benefits of being a patron owner.
