We’ve got an amazing crew of people doing massage, counseling, acupuncture, shamanic work, biofeedback, vocal vitality sessions, and energy work at the Flanders House.

And, we’ve also got space for you….

Practitioner rooms for rent!

Current openings:

Main Floor room. RENTED!! no longer available! 180 sq feet. This room has it’s own sink and direct access to the outside. There are windows on 3 sides and the largest window faces south overlooking the garden. It has a ceiling fan. Rent $500 monthly.

The ‘Artists Space’. 350 sq feet. This outdoor building is currently set up as an art studio but is open to rent to anyone.  It has a cement floor that could easily be easily transformed into a usable therapist space with rugs.  It has its own handicap access restroom, a vaulted ceiling with a fan, and many south facing windows. $600 monthly. As an artist studio, or a yoga space (if you put in a rug) it would be great for a group of therapists, artists, or for classes.

The 3rd floor room.This beautiful 253 sq feet room is at the back of the house with south facing windows that overlook our lovely gardens.  There is a skylight and a ceiling fan,  and a dramatic slope in the ceiling that gives this room a unique look.  $500 monthly.

The Sage Room is located in our basement just off  of our community room, ‘The Lotus Room’, and near our small shared kitchen.  It is a small room great for a massage  or counseling. This room may be rented monthly or for a few days a week.  $250 monthly.

All renters must go through our intake process and interview and be approved for rental of our rooms. We require each room to have one primary renter.  If the primary renter would like to share the room or sublet days to other practitioners we encourage them to do so on their own.
